Rick, my service consultant, arranged for my car to be dropped off at Portsmouth, NH where I live after it had been serviced. This is greatly appreciated as it saved me a round trip of about 3 hours. This is why even though I've moved about 1.5 hours away from this service station, I still prefer to get my car serviced here.
